Same-day point-to-point delivery within Nairobi: parcels, documents, cheques, and CBD runs from KES 350 (Standard, shared route) or KES 800 (Express, dedicated rider). Applies only within the Nairobi CBD boundary — anywhere further is quoted by zone before we move.

Single delivery
KES 350 for a shared-route Standard delivery when both pickup and drop-off are within Nairobi CBD. Documents and cheques are KES 400. Need it moving right now? Express (dedicated rider) is KES 800. Anything outside the Nairobi CBD boundary, or heavier/larger, is quoted separately by zone and size before we move.
Daily dispatch
Standing pickup arrangements for shops and online sellers with repeat daily or weekly runs. Volume pricing available.
Errands & bulk pickups
Check-and-confirm errands (e.g. Eastleigh stock checks) and bulky/luggage pickups from KES 600 within Nairobi. Bulk buy-and-deliver jobs are quoted all-in before we move.

Repeat business clients can set up invoicing with bank transfer. Apply for a business account — we typically activate new accounts within one working day.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM · Closed Sundays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (or outside these hours) are queued for next-business-day dispatch.
Bookings received before 5:00 PM on a working day are typically dispatched the same day, subject to route and traffic. Bookings placed after 5:00 PM, or on a Sunday, carry over to the next business day.
WhatsApp and call enquiries answered during operating hours. Most quotes returned within 15 minutes.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We communicate delays proactively when traffic or weather affects your route.

What can and can't you deliver?
We carry parcels, documents, e-commerce orders, and personal items within Nairobi. We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, cash, or items prohibited under Kenyan law. Fragile or high-value items should be declared at booking so we can confirm we can carry them safely.
How do I pay?
Most customers pay via M-Pesa after the quote is confirmed and before or at pickup. Repeat business clients can arrange invoicing — ask us when setting up a standing dispatch arrangement.
Is same-day delivery guaranteed?
No. We aim for same-day delivery on most Nairobi routes, but timeframes are estimates — not guarantees. Traffic, weather, and after-hours bookings can affect delivery time. We communicate delays as soon as we know about them.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
We take reasonable care of every item. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of the declared value or KES 5,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Do you offer business contracts?
Yes. If you dispatch daily or several times a week, we can set up a recurring pickup arrangement with agreed rates and a single point of contact. Apply for a business account and our team will confirm pickup details once we review your application.
