Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday and after-hours runs available by prior arrangement.
Bookings received before 4:00 PM on a working day are typically delivered the same day, subject to route and traffic.

What does "International" in the name mean?
Lueri International is a Nairobi-based last-mile delivery company. The name reflects our aim to serve Nairobi businesses with professional dispatch standards. We do not currently offer cross-border or international freight — only delivery within Nairobi and nearby towns.
What can and can't you deliver?
We carry parcels, documents, e-commerce orders, and personal items within Nairobi. We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, cash, or items prohibited under Kenyan law. Fragile or high-value items should be declared at booking so we can confirm we can carry them safely.
How do I pay?
Most customers pay via M-Pesa after the quote is confirmed and before or at pickup. Repeat business clients can arrange invoicing — ask us when setting up a standing dispatch arrangement.
Is same-day delivery guaranteed?
No. We aim for same-day delivery on most Nairobi routes, but timeframes are estimates — not guarantees. Traffic, weather, and after-hours bookings can affect delivery time. We communicate delays as soon as we know about them.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
We take reasonable care of every item. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of the declared value or KES 5,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Do you offer business contracts?
Yes. If you dispatch daily or several times a week, we can set up a recurring pickup arrangement with agreed rates and a single point of contact. Message us on WhatsApp with your volume and pickup location to discuss.
